As Head of eCommerce, AI & CRM at Nissan AMIEO, I lead the digital transformation across 100+ markets in Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania. The digital ecosystem under my responsibility generates 120M+ annual visitors and €1B+ in revenue. I'm reshaping the online-to-offline customer journey, industrializing the martech and data stack (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce, Treasure Data CDP, GTM), embedding AI into commerce and lead-to-sale operations — including conversational AI rolled out across 10+ markets — and leading the marketing of connected vehicles and services.

I lead an extended team of 50+ (10 direct reports plus strategic agency partners at Publicis) across digital, CRM, AI and martech.

Before Nissan, I led digital strategy, client services and new business for some of the world's most valuable brands within top-tier agencies: AKQA (Nike, Google, Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Lancôme), TBWA (BMW, MINI, Cartier, United Nations, SNCF, Leroy Merlin, La Redoute), and OgilvyOne (IBM pan-European).
